Harmont & Blaine strengthens its international business strategy with the opening of a new flagship store in Madrid, located in a historic building on Calle del Serrano, one of the main fashion and luxury shopping streets in the modern Salamanca district. The opening of the Madrid boutique underscores the major role of Spain as one of the brand's primary market - a fact that is also evidenced by the long-standing partnership with El Cortes Inglés and the multiple investments to develop the current network of 40 monobrand corners at as many locations owned by Europe's largest retail giant. The new space reveals an inspiring and relaxing setting characterized by the considered use of color along a fluid and vibrant journey to discover the Harmont & Blaine Men's and Women's clothing and accessories collections. Vivid tones of white and green, combined with wood and brass textures, distinguish the different ambiances furnished with ochre-hued seating and custom displays echoing the nuances of the ocean. "We are proud to unveil the new flagship store in Madrid and build on our growth in a country that has always appreciated the spirit and style of our brand," announced Paolo Montefusco, CEO of Harmont & Blaine. "The boutique on Calle Serrano is the quintessence of our values of innovation, creativity and collaboration, and fully reflects our attentive approach to consumers, especially in a market so close to Italy and so open to new trends. We believe we will reach an optimal performance and this will further allow us to strengthen and elevate our brand awareness with both local customers and the many tourists visiting the Spanish capital every season”. In addition to the new flagship in Madrid and the expansion of its wholesale distribution in the country, Harmont & Blaine has already scheduled the unveiling of a new flagship store in Barcelona, in 2024, along with other openings in top resort destinations including Ibiza, Majorca and Puerto Banus.
